Is Flow Todo really free?+
Yes. The core app — unlimited tasks, both matrices, priority scoring, and the top-10 focus view — is free forever. No credit card, no trial period.
What is the Eisenhower Matrix?+
A 2×2 grid of Urgent vs Important. Tasks land in one of four quadrants: Do First (urgent + important), Schedule (not urgent + important), Delegate (urgent + not important), or Eliminate (neither).
What is the Impact/Effort Matrix?+
A 2×2 grid of Impact vs Effort. Quick Wins (high impact, low effort) should be done immediately. Major Projects need planning. Fill-ins are low-priority. Thankless Tasks should be questioned or dropped.
Why only 10 tasks in focus?+
The limit forces you to choose. If everything is a priority, nothing is. Tasks beyond 10 go to the backlog — you can always see them, but they stay out of the way until you're ready.
How is the priority score calculated?+
It's the average of your Eisenhower score and Impact/Effort score, each mapped to a 0–100 scale. If only one matrix is filled in, that score is used directly. Unscored tasks default to 0.
