We collect information you provide directly: your name and email address when you sign in with Google, and the tasks and notes you create in the Service. We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate your account, send important service updates, and analyze usage patterns to make Flow Todo better. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Neon PostgreSQL). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS). While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure.
4. Authentication
We use Clerk for authentication, which supports Google OAuth sign-in. We do not store your Google password. Clerk's privacy policy applies to authentication data.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication session management (required for the Service to function) and analytics (PostHog, to understand usage). You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Railway (backend hosting), Vercel (frontend hosting), and PostHog (analytics). Each has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@flowtodo.app. We will process requests within 30 days.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
